Who are we ?
Launched by David SÉCHAN and Juliette METZ, ENCORE MERCI was established in the production music market in 1997. The company is an active member of the French Union of Musical Libraries.
ENCORE MERCI produces its own library MUSIC SHOP with Philippe Gisselmann as the Artistic Director helped by Julien Bourriaux, along with MUSIC GALLERY co-produced and co-published with Warner Chappell Music France.
The company collaborates with very talented artists, internationally famous for some of them like Didier and Francis Lockwood, François Ovide, Richard Galliano, Pierre Adenot, Jean Leccia, François Jeanneau, Faton Cahen or Steve Shehan.
In 2005 ENCORE MERCI launched a new library co-produced and co-published with VOX TERRAE PUBLISHING, the label of « Nature & découvertes » shops : MUSIC SHOP ZEN. The thematics of this new library are well-being, relaxation, spirituality : the « zen » attitude.
MUSIC SHOP TOOLS was created as a « flexible tool library ». It provides wide possibilities : from musical loops to simple editing.
The four libraries MUSIC SHOP, MUSIC GALLERY, MUSIC SHOP ZEN and MUSIC SHOP TOOLS are currently distributed all over the world by more than 20 sub-publishers. You can discover the map of Encore Merci in the world here.
ENCORE MERCI distributes seven other foreign musical libraries :
- VideoHelper : a great, wide and crazy collection from New York.
- ScoreHelper : high quality of sound for this american library.
- TRX : a young electro library produced in The Netherlands.
- In the Groove : Pop, rock, reggaeton or electro… Real band in illustrative library.
- BOOM Music : an English generalist library
- Studio Fontana : Czech library specialized in traditional world music.
- Sound-Pol Classic : All famous composers are on these compilations.
